Rachael is a highly experienced REALTOR® listing both luxury and high quality residential real estate. As of January 2025, she became a Broker in Vermont and opened her own boutique brokerage at the bottom of Okemo Mountain Resort. Rachael grew up in Rutland Vermont, and established a satellite office there because of her familiarity with the Rutland real estate market. Rachael has demonstrated a solid ability to deliver results while providing exceptional service to all her clientele and demonstrating the ability to match the needs of a buyer with the desires of sellers. Rachael brings to the practice an unparalleled eye for design from her days at Vogue in Manhattan and her Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising Marketing and Communication from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City where she graduated Cum Laude in 2016. As an investor, she understands the reality of maximizing profit by blending an attractive listing price with her experience in design.

Currently, Rachael is working a dual-service operation as a REALTOR® at 'John R. Wood Christies' in sunny Naples, Florida. She also owns and operates her own boutique brokerage, 'Rachael Rogala, Inc.', in Vermont, further broadening her reach and offering her expertise in Vermont and Florida.
